Absolutely! You can order over the phone any time. Just call our office at (404)254-4371, and one of our friendly team members will happily assist you!
What are your return policies?
We will be glad to accept any bag back within 10 days of your initial purchase for a full refund, or exchange. Please contact us at service@nikitalynndesigns.com. The RA# included must be in your email, and included when shipping back the item. Additionally, any defective product purchased on our website may be sent in to us for repair. In most cases, repairs can be made at no additional cost to you! Please see the "repair" question below.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship all domestic orders via UPS. You have the option of selecting UPS Ground, 3-Day Select, 2-Day Air, Next Dair Air, and Next AM Delivery. Areas in the northeast generally receive UPS Ground packages in 1-2 days, and we recommend ground shipping for these locations. Free shipping offers apply to the continental United States only.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally. We offer the choice of using the United States Postal Service Global Priority and Global Express services to international locations, as well as the option to use FedEx. We cannot be held responsible for duties and other customs fees, which vary from country to country. We also cannot be held responsible for lost items due to an incorrect or incomplete address, so be sure to enter your address correctly. For all international inquiries, please contact us at service@nikitalynndesigns so we can find the most cost effective way to ship your package.
When will I receive my order?
In-stock Nikita Lynn Designs orders will be delivered within 1-2 days of purchase. Please pay careful attention to whether or not an item is back-ordered. A back ordered, or pre-ordered item should ship by the specified date, but can sometimes be delayed. What if an item is back-ordered?
Again, all back-ordered or pre-ordered items will be shipped out as soon as they become available. Most will ship out by the indicated date, but are sometimes delayed. Where are your handbags designed?
All Nikita Lynn handbags and accessories are first designed and prototyped in Atlanta, Ga. Next, all fabrics and materials are sourced out in India. The unique craftsmanship of each design is local to India where each piece is beautifully handcrafted.
How do I take care of my new handbag?
Leather: The best way to safely clean leather on your bag is to use a damp cloth, and mild soap. Just to be safe, always test a small section first before you clean the rest of your bag.
Fabric: Mild soap and water is the most effective cleaning method for our fabric bags as well. Refrain from heavy scrubbing to avoid damage or discoloration to the fabrics.
Suede: Suede is a beautiful, but highly porous material. Here are a few methods that are effective, but not guaranteed. Most marks on suede can be brushed off with a stiff brush, a damp cloth or sponge. For grease or oil stains (which can be very difficult to remove), cover the mark with talcum powder and leave over night.
The powder will help absorb the grease. Brush clean in the morning. Suede is also very prone to getting water marks. Once the suede is dry, you can remove water marks from suede by brushing with a suede brush or stiff upholstery brush. You can also use a damp cloth or sponge.
If brushing does not do the trick, then try lightly rubbing the area with an emery board, then steam it over a boiling kettle. Be very careful with the steam! Make up stains on suede can be removed by gently rubbing the stain with a piece of stale bread.
Beaded/Sequins/Embroidery: Our high-end embellished bags are delicate by nature. Loosening of beads is possible with wear and tear, so please handle it with TLC.
What if my bag needs to be repaired?
If your NLD purchase needs a little TLC, please contact our office at (404)254-4371 or send us an email at service@nikitalynndesigns.com. If you purchased your bag from a boutique, or another retailer, please try to contact them about your repair. Often times, retailers are able to make minor repairs themselves.
Generally, repairs take between two and three weeks to finish, although it depends on the bag, and the severity of it's needed repairs. Believe us when we tell you... we want you to have your bag back quickly... and we will do our best to make that happen.
